Tee Time Booking

GUEST OF MEMBER
Guest that are playing with a member, receive a discount of 200 SEK Monday to Thursday and 300 SEK Friday to Sunday. This applies to every  guest that plays with a member  in the ball. Py 50% of the regular greenfee fee, if you want to paly 36 holes the same day.

PAYMENT
We don’t handle cash, but it is possible to pay by card or Swish when reception is open. It is also possible to pay with Swish in the Ipad at the entrance. Please note that guest discounts are only available at reception.

ARRIVAL CONFIRMATION
All players must register their arrival before their tee time either at the reception, in the iPad in the entrance or via Min Golf.

CANCEL BOOKING
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the start. Non-cancelled time will be charged in full. You can cancel your tee time via Min Golf and you can also call the reception on +46 300 40 40 00 to cancel or change your tee time.

BOOKING RULES FOR FROST
In case of frost on the course, your booked tee time will be forfeited.

GREENFEE CHECKS
Continuous green fee checks take place. Anyone caught playing without paying the applicable green fee will be charged double green fees and will be reported to their home club.

BOOKING RULES IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER
In the event of extreme weather conditions where the course is declared unplayable by our Course Manager, a credit note will be issued for the game that could not be completed. This does not apply if the player thinks the course is unplayable. Credit notes cannot be redeemed for cash.

SAND PIPES
All players must bring a sand pipe when playing on the course. There are sand stations along the course where you can refill with sand to use to mend any turf you have laid down.

HCP RULES
To play on the course you must have an official handicap of maximum 36,0. The maximum handicap allowed in the ball is 100.

PLAYERS WITH INTRODUCTION CARD
Holders of an SGF introductory card, ET card or PGA card will receive one free game each year, subject to availability. For all categories, pre-registration is required at least two days before at the reception desk by email kansli@valldagolf.se or phone +46 300 40 40 00. Without pre-registration, introduction cards may not be used. The card must be presented on site

DRIVING RANGE AND RANGE CARD
Range cards or range tickets are available at the reception. You can also pay by card or Swish at the card terminal at the driving range.

GOLF CARS
During certain periods of the golf season, only golf cars are allowed upon presentation of a valid medical certificate. Book your golf car in advance via reception by email or phone.

Golf car: 650 kr/ 18 holes

Golf car with medical certificate: 400 kr/18 holes (Member with medical certificate pay 300 kr/ 18 holes)
